When I graduated, I believed that knowing theory was enough. Very quickly, real projects and site questions proved otherwise. Drawings looked familiar, but taking design responsibility felt uncomfortable. That gap between education and real-world expectations stayed with me throughout my early career. Over the past 12+ years, I have worked on and reviewed 100+ RCC structural projects, learning where engineers struggle, what mistakes actually matter, and what separates a software operator from a true structural designer. Along the way, I realized most civil engineers do not lack intelligence. They lack guided exposure to real design decisions. That is why I now mentor selectively. I work with aspiring RCC designers who are ready to invest their time, energy, and focus into learning the craft properly. Through real-time projects, Indian code-based design, and site-oriented thinking, I help engineers build confidence they can stand behind. Till Date, I have mentored 200+ civil engineers, many of whom now hold stable RCC designer roles, manage independent design responsibilities, or earn through freelance and consulting work.
